Before prefabrication, the flow channel steel mould shall be checked to see whether the inner part of the mould is smooth and polished with a polishing machine, so as to prevent the precast concrete parts from falling off during the demoulding process. Then brush the drain mould with oil, which also needs attention. Generally, waste oil is used on the construction site, and the color of waste oil is gray, and the basic friends can penetrate into the concrete, thus affecting the aesthetics of prefabricated components. Therefore, we advocate the use of edible oil, which is impermeable and has high smoothness. The third process is to install concrete and vibrate the whole flow channel steel mould. The vibrator can be used. In this process, the concrete must be vibrated evenly, otherwise the prefabricated components will have air holes in the future. Finally, it is the demoulding process of the prefabricated parts. In order to make the mold handy in the next use, we have to clean the mold.
